Aunua Academy is a non-profit organization based in Dublin, Ireland. Aunua Academy shines a light on the
emotional health and wellbeing of young people and provides freely accessible resources to help support
their emotional health. We are passionate about nurturing talents among the youth and believe that a
stronger sense of self-awareness, compassion and connection among young people will help create positive change in their lives, homes, schools and communities.
We are directly addressing the ongoing global mental health epidemic through establishing collaborations
with leading industry experts in the fields of psychology, education, environmental issues & emotional
wellbeing. We collaborate with other organizations to create a powerful impact on a global scale.

Aunua Talks: is our Spotify channel! Aunua Talks is our podcast series on Spotify. Join us on Spotify where our CEO, Karina Murray interviews inspirational individuals who share their story.
Aunua Kids: Erin is our digital character who writes diary entries with an undercurrent of
kindfulness. Through Erin’s Diaries we aim to encourage children to embrace their creativity and
understand how best to manage their emotions whilst building their resilience.
ROAR Program: The ROAR Program aims to encourage young people to discover their ROAR which
is an acronym for Recognizing your unique abilities, Opening up your awareness, Accepting yourself
and others and Reconnecting with life and purpose
Aunua Heroes: Aunua Heroes is a division of Aunua Academy which was created to inspire youth to
share their hopes, dreams and visions for a sustainable future for people, plants and animals.
Aunua Heroes supports children in aligning their passion with the 17 Sustainable Development
Goals.
Aunua Africa: Aunua Africa is an affiliate of Aunua Academy which aspires to support, encourage
and grow the potential of every youth in Africa by providing them with emotional and mental
health support. We strive to help create an empowered generation of young people with
capabilities to innovate and to solve difficulties of life.
